DevOps

At Infutive, We Practice the Following:

Maximizing Efficiency and Reducing Operational Costs

Our approach focuses on customizing both hardware and software to optimize performance, driving significant reductions in operational costs throughout the billing cycles. By optimizing resources effectively, we are able to minimize the operating expenses, resulting in substantial cost saving.

Performance-Based Billing Structure

We believe in delivering value before charging. Thus, no upfront costs are required for our services. Our charges are contingent upon achieving a significant reduction in the billing amount per billing cycle. This ensures that our clients only pay for the improvements and savings realized after the first billing cycle concludes, where the depreciated billing amount is clearly evident.

Quarterly Billing and Post-Billing Cycle Invoicing

Our billing structure is quarterly, and invoices will only be issued after the completion of the customers first billing cycle after our optimisation, once the customer has experienced a clear reduction in their billing costs. This customer-first approach ensures transparency and aligns our interests with yours: we succeed only when you save.

Expert Software Optimization and On-Demand Support

In addition to our core services, we offer expert consultation to optimize your software, available upon request. Our team’s expertise is dedicated to ensuring that your software remains efficient and cost-effective, tailored specifically to your needs.

On-Site Expertise for Enhanced Support

For situations that demand closer collaboration, we can provide on-premise support at your location. This service is available under mutually agreed terms, ensuring that our expertise is accessible whenever and wherever it’s needed most.

Methodology – InfDevOps Optimization Framework

1. Initial Agreement and Billing Review

Upon mutual agreement between Infutive Technology and the Customer, Infutive Technology will obtain the Cloud services invoice for the previous month. This serves as the baseline for identifying potential cost optimizations.

2. Cost Analysis and Recommendation

Infutive Technology will conduct a comprehensive analysis of the billing data and provide a detailed report within one business day. This report will outline specific recommendations for cost reduction and identify areas of potential savings.

3. Customer Approval & Optimization Execution

If the Customer agrees with the proposed cost-saving opportunities, Infutive Technology will initiate the optimization process. This process primarily targets infrastructure (hardware-level) efficiencies. However, if the desired results are not fully achieved, our team will analyze the software architecture and collaborate with the customer's development team to implement necessary changes for enhanced performance and cost efficiency.

Optimization Process

  • 1. Faster Time to Market: Continuous integration and delivery allow teams to push features and fixes to production much faster.
  • 2. Improved Collaboration: Breaks down silos between development and operations teams, fostering a collaborative culture.
  • 3. Higher Quality and Reliability: Automated testing and monitoring result in fewer bugs and better system reliability.
  • 4. Scalability and Flexibility: Automation and containerization allow for better scalability and flexibility when managing applications.
  • 5. Customer Satisfaction: Faster delivery of new features and bug fixes leads to a better user experience and higher customer satisfaction.

Optimization Process

  • Scope: Focuses initially on server-side (infrastructure-level) enhancements.
  • Fallback: Includes software-level restructuring when necessary, ensuring thorough optimization.
  • Goal: Deliver measurable reductions in cloud costs without compromising system performance.

Pricing Model for Optimization

  • No Upfront Charges: Infutive Technology operates on a performance-based pricing model. No fees are charged upfront.
  • Results-Based Billing: After implementation, the Customer can compare the optimized billing cycle with the previous one. Infutive Technology will then issue an invoice based on a pre-agreed percentage of the actual savings, calculated over a three-month period (including the optimization month).
  • Transparent Terms: All billing and savings calculations are clearly documented and mutually agreed upon.

Quarterly Billing

Post the initial three-month evaluation period, Infutive Technology will move to quarterly invoicing, charged in advance. The invoice amount will be dynamic, reflecting the actual cost reductions achieved through ongoing optimizations.

Continuous Optimization Commitment

The optimization process is not a one-time service. Infutive Technology provides continuous, lifetime monitoring and optimization for the duration of the project. This ensures that cost-efficiency is sustained over time, adapting to evolving infrastructure and usage patterns.

Optimization through DevOps

DevOps is a modern approach to software development and IT operations that emphasizes strong collaboration, automation, and continuous improvement to streamline the entire software lifecycle. Its core objectives are to break down silos between development, operations, QA, and security teams, automate repetitive tasks, and enable continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) of software. DevOps operates through a structured process involving collaborative planning, iterative development, automated testing, seamless deployment, and real-time monitoring. By using powerful tools and practices like Infrastructure as Code (IaC), container orchestration, and performance monitoring, DevOps ensures that applications are built, tested, and released faster and more reliably. The result is a culture of continuous feedback and optimization that not only enhances software quality and operational efficiency but also accelerates time to market, improves scalability, and drives higher customer satisfaction.
